Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and help protect orders placed through our store.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, please visit australianbotanicalsoap.com.au to shop through our regional store.
ORDER PROCESSING
We work hard to process all orders within one business day. However, processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or other busy times.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is 9:00 a.m. EST.

Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. EST are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. EST are typically processed the following business day, volume permitting.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
SHIPPING RATES
United States
We offer free shipping to U.S. destination addresses on orders totaling $50 USD or more after any coupons or discounts are applied.
For orders under $50 USD, shipping charges are calculated at checkout in real time based on current USPS rates.
Canada
At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to Canadian destination addresses.
Shipping charges for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout in real time based on current USPS International rates.
Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After shipment, deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION WITH SHIPAID
We may offer ShipAid at checkout as an optional shipping protection service.
By purchasing ShipAid with your order, you can have added peace of mind knowing your package is protected if it is lost or damaged in transit, subject to the applicable ShipAid terms and claim requirements.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at info@australianbotanicalsoap.com as soon as possible.
If ShipAid was purchased with your order, we will work with you in accordance with the applicable coverage terms to help resolve the issue.
At this time, we are unable to reship or refund orders that are lost or damaged in transit unless ShipAid coverage was purchased at checkout.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
