This website is operated by Value Max Products, LLC, the exclusive authorized distributor of Australian Botanical Soap in the United States and Canada.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
If you would like to request a return for an eligible unopened item, please contact us at info@australianbotanicalsoap.com within 30 of delivery. Any return request must be approved before merchandise is sent back.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

be unused and unopened;

be in their original packaging; and

be in the same condition in which they were received;
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:

opened or used products;

items not in their original condition;

final sale or clearance items, if marked as such at the time of purchase; and

any item returned without prior authorization, where authorization is required.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at info@australianbotanicalsoap.com and include:

the item(s) you would like to return; and

the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@australianbotanicalsoap.com within 30 of delivery.
Please include your order number and, if requested, photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your order is lost or damaged in transit and ShipAid was purchased at checkout, please contact us at info@australianbotanicalsoap.com as soon as possible so we can assist you in accordance with the applicable coverage terms.
You can also open a ShipAid claim via their online resolution portal at resolve.shipaid.com
At this time, we are unable to reship or refund orders that are lost or damaged in transit unless ShipAid coverage was purchased at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@australianbotanicalsoap.com.
Because we work hard to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has been placed.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
