Here at australianbotanicalsoap.com we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do all we can to make that happen. If you have any issues, complaints, or problems with your order, please contact us  within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue as fast as we can.

We will glady ship orders to addresses within the United States and Canada. We work hard to process all orders within one business day, however, high volume periods may delay the shipping of your order. Order processing is Monday - Friday, with the daily cutoff time of 9:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed after 9 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day if volume permits it.

We offer free shipping to US destination address for orders totalling $50 USD or more after any coupons or discounts are applied. For orders less than $50, shipping costs are caluclated at checkout in real-time based on current USPS rates.

For orders shipping to any Canadian desitnation address, we are unable to offer free shipping at this time. All Canadian orders will display real-time shipping costs based on USPS International rates. 

You will be emailed a tracking number after we complete your order. Deliveries typically take between 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.
